WARRANTY

 All FPS stainless steel filters are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase from FPS owned stores and FPS authorized outlets. Within this period FPS will repair or replace this product without charge for parts and labor as long as this filter is professionally cleaned and inspected at a factory authorized outlet.

 ANY WARRANTY, HEREIN CONTAINED, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE VOID IN THE EVENT THAT THE SAID FILTER IS SERVICED IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN BY AN FPS AUTHORIZED SERVICE OUTLET.

 This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by or attributable to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or repairs other than those provided by an FPS authorized service facility, or transportation costs.

 FPS is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profit, or costs of removal, installation or reinstallation.

 Except as provided herein, FPS makes no expressed warranty, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranty set forth herein.

 There will be charges rendered for repairs to the product made after the expiration of the aforesaid 2-year warranty period.

(E.g. – Waukesha, White-Superior, Caterpillar, Cooper Bessemer, etc) will be warranted for five (5) years from date of purchase, providing completed warranty cards are returned to FPS within 30 days of filter purchase.
