ULTRASONIC CLEANING STATIONS

HEATED SOAK TANK - First your filters will pre-soak in a Heated soak tank which will loosen the debris

BACKWASH CABINET – here you will use a pressure washer (not included) to blow out large particles that have been loosened from the soak tank. The backwash cabinet eliminates any over spray to come back at you or your floor.

ULTRASONIC CLEANER/FLUID CLARIFIER -The filters then go into an Ultrasonic cleaner for precise cleaning results. It features the most technologically advanced ultrasonic generator available and is designed for continuous use. The Fluid Clarifier recycles your waste water. On the average the fluid clarifier will clean 95% of the contaminated water from your ultra-sonic cleaner and return the water back to its original state – if not cleaner. The amount of water retrieved is directly proportional to the contamination in your ultrasonic tank. This drastically reduces disposal costs and the inconvenience it creates.

INSPECTION LIGHT – FPS provides a high intensity fluorescent narrow light that is designed to fit inside all FPS stainless steel filters for quality inspection.

FILTER DRYING CABINET – After your filters have been inspected place them in the filter drying cabinet, which is enclosed to prevent knocking them over or further contamination.

BENCH TOP SEAL UNIT – is provided along with a roll of 8 mil of poly tubing to bag the filters after drying. This provides clean storage until your filters are ready to be put back into service.
