Filtration Systems’ pleated paper filter elements are used in several industrial applications to purify a wide variety of
liquids. Four efficiency ratings and four
gasket compounds, plus a variety of sizes and design options allows you to select
the right filter for your particular
installation requirements.		 Filtration Systems’ patented “Swirl Flow” technology is a breakthrough in depth filter design, providing exceptionally long life,
high efficiency, and low restriction to flow.
Depth filters have excellent temperature
and fluid compatibility, and are used in numerous gas processing, large engine
and compressor applications.		 Filtration Systems’ makes a wide range of panel air filters for engine air intake and operator/cab applications.The large engine panels are reinforced for heavy duty use. They feature a washable media and a resilient Poron gasket for extended service life. Flame-retardant media is also available, for safety in the event of backfire.

  Filtration Systems’ makes a wide range of dust collector cartridges to fit all popular makes and models of equipment. The cartridges feature heavy-duty construction
to withstand rigorous use. Media is a
blend of organic and synthetic fibers with exceptional abrasion resistance and burst strength.		 Filtration Systems’ makes a variety of activated carbon canisters for amine and glycol process purification. Our carbon
has been specifically formulated to
provide long service life and excellent solvent purification.		 Filtration Systems’ makes a wide range of fiberglass filter elements for natural gas purification. The media is molded into seamless tubes and reinforced with phenolic resin. Since these filters are often installed ahead of large compressors, they must be designed to withstand vibration, pulsation, abrasion from pipe scale and liquid slugging. Center tubes feature a spiral-lock seam construction for high collapse strength.

Our high-flow railroad lube filters have been used for years in demanding conditions, often over mountainous terrain. They consistently last a minimum of 3 months, and often 1/2 year, between filter change-outs.		 Filtration Systems has a complete line of air filters for small engines and generators.
These filters are made with molded end caps, which bonds the pleated paper media, and has a soft rubber gasket to seal the filter in its housing.
The cellulosic paper media meets or exceeds the OEM performance specifications.
The pleated pack is protected by either a perforated or expanded metal outer wrap.
